As a first on my site, I’m going to ask for contributions. My friend Rick Woolard, who was a premiere operator from my generation of SEALs in Vietnam, has undertaken the project to build a SEAL memorial in Virginia Beach, VA. The memorial honors Navy SEALs and their forebears, the Navy Frogmen, and their three-quarters of a century of service.
